From Italy to Your Doorstep
'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started from a simple vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via Giovanni Amendola, Rome. The Rossi family, in 1985, opened our small pizzeria as a quaint, family-managed venture with deeply-rooted recipes passed on for generations.
Marco Rossi, the originator, honed her pizza craft during her time in Italy, learning from the experts in Naples – pizza’s original home. Once back in the UK, her mission was to replicate the authentic Italian pizza experience, following age-old processes and using premium ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat eatery has now expanded to become a cherished community fixture, while our dedication to superior quality and true Italian taste remains constant. Our approach still involves the traditional wood-fired ovens, daily homemade dough, and sourcing the best ingredients available.
Today, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the care of the Rossi family, with the next generation at the helm, continuing the fire of our dedicated crew. Although we've adopted new advancements, our core ethos stays unchanged: crafting sumptuous, authentic pizza that unites people.
