Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via phone at +39 06 488 2395. Cancellation requests must be made within 20 minutes of placing the order to ensure that we can halt production before it starts. If your order has already been prepared or dispatched for delivery, we cannot accept a cancellation.
Refunds for Inedible or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is inedible or different from that which you ordered, you can request a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with the order number and a detailed description of the issue. We may request photo evidence of the product in question.
Refunds for Late Delivery
We promise to do our best to deliver your food in a timely manner. However, if your delivery arrives more than 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time and you find this unacceptable, you are entitled to a refund of the delivery charge. The food cost will not be refunded as the food quality remains unaffected by the delay.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items such as gift cards, promotional products, or special orders are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, any food items that have been partially consumed or discarded cannot be refunded.
Processing Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of the refund approval. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to an additional 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Credit Issuance for Future Orders
Instead of a return of funds, we may issue a credit equal to the value of your original order, redeemable against future purchases at Crust & Craft Pizzeria.
